Chittrarth Verma is a career counsellor working on the principles of John Holland’s Career theory, VARC Learning Theory and MBTI besides being a Corporate Trainer.
Having an overall work experience of Fifteen years in areas ranging from Production, field service to customer relations, he started his initiative named Literate Majstron which is dedicated towards helping students uncover their true calling thereby making prudent career choices. Under this project, the initiative dedicated for the schools was named - Navaankur.
Navaankur is an initiative aimed at providing sufficient handholding to the Navaankurs (Young buds ready to take on their career paths) through wholesome career profiling. Besides helping them realize their potential, this program aims at creating an environment for them to establish their learning strategies in the direction of the career best suited for their personality.

Career Report Sharing
We are commencing our one-to-one report sharing against each of the students who are interested in knowing their best aligned career paths through this scientific assessment of Literate Majstron under the Navaankur project of Kantilal Shah School. These meetings will be for the students of 8th and 9th standard. Parents'presence is mandatorily required for this report sharing which will be done online at the date and time chosen by the parents through this appointment window.
